Karen and John approached us in hopes that we could give their front entrance a makeover as it was looking tired and outdated. The existing planting had become overgrown and was beginning to take over the entrance way, leaving a less than desirable mess and unappealing aesthetic. The brief was quite particular and included lots of examples of other Tuscan Villa style houses with unique entrance ways to use as inspiration. Karen and John knew what they wanted but hoped we could add some flare to their ideas.
The visual designs were created to match what Karen and John had envisioned. These designs were presented upon a site meet to review the clients' requirements, helping Karen and John to visualize what the finished look would be. After slight modifications, we were ready to make these ideas a reality for Karen and John.
Once the site was clear and the remains of the old entrance way had been stripped away, our team worked hard on making sure everything looked exactly as it had been designed, often referring to the visual concepts. Pavers were carefully measured and positioned; a block wall was built and painted; concrete kerbing edged off the new gardens; Star Jasmine and Hydrangeas were planted to give life to a once dull area and a green pop of contrast to the white stones that now surround them; Irrigation was designed and installed beneath the Roll out Turf to ensure the grass remained lush and vibrant.
Karen and John could not have been happier with the result of the landscaping work that we conducted and the final design of the front entrance. Our team worked hard to bring their ideas to life and now they have an entrance way and front lawn to be proud of, one that rivals that of their neighbours.
