A brand new build in Papamoa East called for our attention. We love working with blank canvases because it allows us to really get a feel for the finished look of the landscaping we have designed, so when we were approached by the building company in charge of this site we couldn't say no, especially since it meant upskilling our team by having them install a gate that we had never installed before.
First, we took measurements and visualized which trees and plants we would place at this property. Being a rental, we wanted to pick plants that are low maintenance and easy care for tenants that may occupy the house in the future. After discussing the plan on site, we were back in the office to design the full landscaping. From there, we were able to provide the homeowner with a quote that kept within his budget and needs.
Once the job began the team on-site spent time carefully placing pavers to allow for an even distance and a tidy finish. The gate was carefully built and installed providing screening from the street front and protection for any future needs to contain animals and/or children. Roll out turf was installed, providing an instant and lush look to the front of the house. Finished with stones, timber edging, bark and planting, the house looked clean and tidy and low maintenance!
